I was referred to Dr. Jackson by another doctor who recommended I explore minor surgery to remedy a persistent ailment. When I arrived, I was met warmly by her assistant nurses and receptionist. She listened to me and carefully reviewed my situation herself. She was able to diagnose and remedy my situation that day with care and humor. I’ve had my follow up and all of the above was replicated. Dr. Jackson is knowledgeable in her craft, displays and provides empathy and is genuinely interested in getting to know her patients. While I don’t foresee needing to return, I recommend anyone who is looking for a genuine doctor explore Dr. Jackson. Thanks Dr. Jackson! P.S. Her office is currently technologically enabled (patient portal, medical charts, etc.) If that matters to you (it does to me), this is icing on the cake.

Dr.Jackson is absolutely amazing, she comforted me through my whole upper blepharoplasty surgery and did a flawless job (love the outcome). On a Sunday morning, 2 days after my surgery, I woke up with my left incision a bit open, left her a voicemail at 5 AM, at 7 AM she called me, asked a few questions, and by 9 AM we were in her office so she could add a couple more stitches. I had a great experience with Dr. Jackson and her staff for a consultation about a medical eye concern and consequent minor procedure. She was very knowledgeable and did a wonderful job explaining everything to me, and the procedure went smoothly and as comfortably as anything involving needles can go. Her and her staff were extremely pleasant to interact with, and overall I would highly recommend their services!

Went to Jackson Oculoplastic for a minor procedure. Service was quick but not rushed staff was warm and friendly. 5 stars for the 5 star service. Appreciate everything!
